Title: Stunning Stenciled Card with the Layers of Beauty Bundle
Curious about stenciling but not sure where to start? I felt the same way! But after trying the Layers of Beauty bundle, I discovered just how simple and fun it can be. With five coordinating stencils and Blending Brushes, you can create a beautifully layered floral design in minutes!
What You’ll Need:
- Layers of Beauty bundle (stamps & stencils)
- Basic White cardstock for card base
- Designer Series Paper of your choice
- Blending Brushes
- Ink pads to coordinate with your Designer Series Paper
- Adhesives
Easy Stenciling Tips:
- Stamp the line image first for easier stencil alignment.
- Keep numbers facing up (I wrote them in Sharpie for quick reference).
- Mark your grid paper to align each stencil consistently.
- Secure with washi tape so nothing shifts while blending.
- Use separate Blending Brushes for each color, or blend similar colors from light to dark with the same brush.
Simple Steps to Stencil:
- Secure the first stencil and apply ink with a Blending Brush.
- Align and ink each additional stencil in number order.
- Remove the final stencil to reveal a stunning, layered floral design!
The Finishing Touches
Thanks to my YouTube community, they helped me finish the card by selecting the Designer Series Paper and embellishments! This was a fun collaborative project!
