Although I may not initially connect with every Paper Pumpkin kit each month, I have learned to never dismiss a kit project. Given time and inspiration from others, some really amazing ideas can be created.
While I really liked the cracker treat boxes in this month’s kit, I thought making an alternate project would better suit my needs for a craft fair I’m doing in October. I found some really cute S’mores Chapstick on Amazon which worked perfectly for a lip balm holder.
These holders are super easy to make! Just cut off some of the cracker box sections as shown below. Fold over and adhere. Then decorate with some of the kit pieces. Super cute Halloween treat!
Each cracker treat box is reversible, so I used the long, cut away section to make this spooky 3″ x 3″ cat card.
Essentially nothing goes to waste! This 3″ x 3″ pumpkin witch card uses the cut off fringe to make a border.
Even after making these 10 lip balm holders and 10 cards, there is still TONS of leftover supplies!!
