Need a stocking stuffer or small gift for a friend or co-worker? One of my favorite gifts to make each year is an easel calendar. They are so fun and something everyone can use! Plus, they can be flattened for mailing which is a bonus to share with family and friends far away.
Making an easel calendar is very much like making a card, only part of the design includes a mini tear-off calendar. I use the ones from Taylored Expressions. The skies the limit on how you want to decorate your calendar. I chose the Daisy Lane stamp set and Daisy punch for today’s project.

For me, all daisies need a center and I love how cute the small heart from the Stitched Be Mine dies looks on this daisy flower!
A folded piece of cardstock inside the card helps keep the calendar standing perfectly on your desk.
Easel calendars are perfect for mailing as they can be flattened and fit inside an A2 envelope just like a card.
